We want to first start off by saying we hope everyone is keeping well and safe throughout this unprecedented time. There has been some confusion in whether you can still have tradesmen to your private property – the government has cleared this up and it is safe to do so, only if the household isn’t self-isolating.
So, here at DSB Heating, we are working round the clock to ensure our customers pre-existing and new are not without the vital components to staying safe at home. We are still available for emergency heating and hot water breakdowns as well as uncontainable leaks.
We aim to attend any emergency call-out within 2 hours and we will arrive with a friendly smile and excellent service. We will always aim to resolve the issue on the first visit to your property.
Please let us know in advance if you have any vulnerable people at home so we can take the appropriate measures.
Steps to protect yourself and us
- Keep your distance from any visitors and avoid physical contact (2 metres)
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water with the 20-second rule
- Use hand sanitiser
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
- Cover your cough or sneezes with a tissue, then throw the tissue in a bin, wash your hands straight after
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surface in the home – door handles, light switches and kettle
We at DSB Heating are adhering by the government guidelines in keeping ourselves and our colleagues and customers safe with regular handwashing, the use of PPE and keeping to the 2-metre social distancing measures.
