Some of your requirements to think about when considering a new boiler

How do you use your hot water? This could be down to how many people could be using it at once, how many showers one after the other etc

Electric or Pumped Shower? What type of shower do you currently own? If its electric and you arent going to change this then you generally only need a cold water supply, however if you have a thermostatic shower for example which needs a hot and cold supply, you may want to consider a Combi boiler as these are very efficient and space saving.

Are you planning any works on your home? You might be considering an extension in the future or loft conversion, make sure we are aware of this as you will need a larger capacity boiler.

What is the reason for replacing the boiler? This could seem obvious to you, especially if the existing boiler is broken and can’t be repaired, however if there are other performance issues on your central heating for example we should know in advance.
