We had a fair few call-outs this weekend, mainly for frozen condenses we were able to get all working whilst on site. This one was a little different the plugin timer had failed and meant the boiler wouldn’t fire for central heating, we disconnected the timer so the customer could use their @googlenest for control of the heating of the house. We fitted the unconnected timer as we didn’t have a blanking plate on the van and left the heating and hot water working for the customer. Diagnosed and resolved within an hour.
