Below is a recently completed en-suite project we renovated for a client in Essex. We met our client’s requirements and provided them with a new state of the art personal space just for them.
Another en-suite we recently created for a client in Thaxted. Hansgrohe thermostatic mixer shower and Gerberit toilet and his and hers sinks were all designed into this luxurious bathroom space from the bedroom.
Accessories
Accessories in an en-suite are a great component to improve the functionality of the bathroom. Wall hung toothbrush holders and soap dishes serve a real purpose and frees up the space around your basin. Ornamental decorations act as a focal point on window sills or shelves.
Wall hung toilets
Wall hung toilets are a great way of providing a stylish look for en-suites. Where space is limited, these units are easier to clean and don’t restrict access to other bathroom features.
Heated towel rail
A wall mounted towel rail creates a stylish feature to the bathroom and provides greater physical space for heating towels.
Mirrored cabinets
Check yourself out or apply makeup in a mirrored cabinet. They are a great way to utilise space and provide extra storage space. They can also come with lights embedded into the mirror to provide focus and more concentrated visibility.
Corner basins
If the space is small a corner basin may be a good idea. They help free up the space, ensuring all the units can be used in every inch of available space.

Wall mounted basins offer even more efficiency in the space and can open up the room.

Choose a careful lighting plan if your en-suite doesn’t have a window. You can also decorate the room with the lights and brighten things up. Well-placed spot lights are a great choice, and create a contemporary and minimalist feel. Consider an illuminated mirror too for added light.

Underfloor heating is worth thinking about as you want your en-suite to be a comfortable space, a functional one and luxurious on those chillier mornings.
